We are immensely proud of the students who represented our school in the European Youth Parliament (EYP) practice session on Saturday 27/11/21, ahead of the pre-selection session in March 2022 where 26 schools will participate and 16 will be selected for the National session in August 2022. Our remarkable students, Paul Andreou, Mariia Vasyletska, Grace Ohana, Christos Kyriakou, Andrey Kokin and Denis Vshikov were the delegates for the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs. The EYP is a unique educational programme which brings young people together from all over Europe to discuss current topics in a parliamentary setting. The European Youth Parliament’s mission is to inspire and empower young people to become open-minded, tolerant and active citizens by providing a forum to develop and express their opinions on a wide range of topics, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to positively shape the world around them. Much appreciation to their teachers, Mr Panayiotou, Ms Frixou and Ms Charalambous.
