Our Year 2 primary classes had the wonderful opportunity to visit Ecophysis in Vavla, where they enjoyed a traditional village breakfast, tasted delicious locally produced honey, and participated in a candle-making activity using beeswax. The students also attended an engaging and informative presentation about bees and honey.
It was an enriching and memorable experience for all our students. Following the visit, they worked on a related project at school, creating a hovering bee model by following the instructions from their textbook.

Last Friday, our school celebrated Environmental Day, emphasizing the importance of protecting and preserving our environment. The students participated enthusiastically in various activities, including recycling used materials, planting flowers, and decorating beautifully designed pots. Additionally, some students had the opportunity to visit the Water Museum, where they learned about the significance of water conservation. The celebration also featured creative drawings and a range of engaging, eco-friendly activities, making the day both educational and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Our Angels Kindergarten children have been having so much fun learning all about their five senses — seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching!
Through hands-on activities and play, they’re discovering how our senses help us understand and explore the world around us.
