On behalf of our students planning to study abroad, we explored SHMS Swiss Hotel Management School, set in a historic palace with stunning views of the Swiss Alps. This fairytale setting blends elegance and world-class education.
SHMS’s international environment brings together students from across the globe, creating a vibrant community. Walking through this magnificent building alongside future hospitality leaders was truly inspiring.
Our school received an Excellence in Education Award at the British Council Partners in Excellence event. Our award recognises the commitment, resilience and dedication shown in delivering high-quality learning and assessment opportunities as well as supporting our students to reach their goals.

We are proud of our student Tristan Michaelides (Year 6) and David Tremsin who won FIRST place in Double sculls and Pair, Under 19. who participated in the 29th Cyprus Rowing Championship 17-19 April 2026 They have also won First place as crew members of the Men’s quad.
The Cyprus Rowing Championship is the official national race, organized by the Cyprus Rowing Federation.
Our IELTS results were spectacular and exceeded all university entry requirements (Band 6). This qualification is essential to studying and working abroad. Congratulations to our English Teachers and students for these stunning results!

For the last two weeks before Easter we were happy to host two students from the University of Newcastle, who took some maths lessons with our Class 3 Secondary students. Working together with major Universities is a strength of the school. Our students benefitted from the lessons and their feedback was very positive.
