Our mid-term break to Athens, Greece, was an unforgettable cultural adventure filled with history, stunning sights, and amazing experiences! We explored the ancient heart of Athens, starting with the awe-inspiring Parthenon and the fascinating Acropolis Museum. The Archaeological Site of Athens offered our secondary school students a glimpse into Greece’s rich past, while the Temple of Zeus and the First Olympic Stadium took us back to the origins of the ancient games. Our journey continued with a trip to Nafplio, where we explored the charming city and visited the Nafplio Museum, with stops at the iconic Isthmus of Corinth and the impressive Archaeological Site of Epidaurus. We also had fun at the Attica Zoological Park and explored many other highlights, including Syntagma Square, Monastiraki, and the University of Athens. The entire trip was a perfect blend of culture, history, and enjoyment!

Our mid-term break to Milan was an amazing cultural and enjoyable experience, encompassing delicious gelato and pizza, of course . Our students visited
Arco della Pace, at the parco Sempione. In 1807, under the Napoleonic rule, the Arch of Peace was built by architect Luigi Cagnola, aiming to connect Milan to Paris through the Simplon Pass crossing the Alps.
They also went to the Teatro alla Scala opera house.
At Como, they experienced wonderful weather while exploring the city and having fun.
At the Novecento museum, they were able to view 20th-century art and enjoy the Duomo di Milano and Terrazzo.

Celebrating Carnival at our primary school. Our year 3 children presented an amusing and informative assembly about how Carnival is celebrated around the world to the whole School.
After that all the children played with piñatas, a lot of games, watched a bubble show, and learnt how to make slime.
