AMERICAN PRIVATE SCHOOLS LTD
Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming four guests, Katrīna Daņilova, Loukrita Chrysostomou, Yannick Gomis and Anderson Correia from Aris Football Club
to our school for an interview about their football experiences. This opportunity allowed our students to practice their literacy skills in questioning and interviewing. A big thank you to ARIS FC for their support!

Messy play lets children explore lots of different materials, textures, and objects. It also helps develop a child’s creative and cognitive skills.

We would like to thank Ms Christiana Markou who visited our school today representing the Children’s charity Mikri Iroes. We presented to her the incredible amount of 15000 euros that we collected from our charity Christmas show.
Thank you once again, sponsors, parents, staff and our wonderful children for helping us make a difference!

Today at our Primary School we had a truly meaningful and inspiring celebration of Neurodiversity! Our school celebrated World Autism Awareness Day. It was wonderful that the children had the opportunity to learn about different types of learners, express their creativity, and engage in acts of kindness. The activities—from messy play to the cape of diversity and the chain of kindness—made the message of inclusion and acceptance even more tangible for them.
We collaborated with Apostolos Loukas School with some of their hildren visiting our school and engaging in some activities with our children. The generous donation to “Mikroi Iroes” show the power of community and collective effort. It’s heartwarming to see our primary school fostering such values in its students.
Embracing differences makes the world a richer, more compassionate place. Well Done to everyone involved!

Cooking is undoubtedly an important milestone in a child’s development. It’s a way to teach them about health, nutrition, and safety. It also helps to reinforce maths and science skills.

Every year we hold a Lower School History Competition for Classes 1-3. The winning projects were voted for by the students from Classes 1-3, as well as many of the teachers, and can be seen in the post below. A huge well done to those who won.
I would also like to thank all the students who took part and worked hard to make amazing projects.

Today we celebrated Book day at our Primary School. The children came dressed as their favourite book character and they presented their favourite books. They made their own bookmarks and book covers, they bought books from the book sale, had theatre sessions and interviews with professional authors where they had the opportunity to interview them. At the end of the day there was also a best character costume competition. The children enjoyed every single activity.
