Our reception classes had an amazing school trip at the Environmental Educational Center in Koilani where they had the chance to learn about viticulture and winemaking. Children enjoyed making cookies with ‘epsima‘ (a traditional Cypriot grape syrup) and observing grapes though a microscope. Contact us
