We had our final dismissal for our graduate class, followed by zumba for everyone in the yard, then a treasure hunt with amazing clues, keeping everyone intrigued and active. Finally, we had a volleyball match with teachers vs. students. Happy Easter, everyone, and enjoy your break

3A participated in the Newcastle University Pan-Cypriot Maths Challenge which took place over the last 3 days. Ambassadors from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics at Newcastle University visited our school and showcased the application of high school mathematics to real-world problems – for example, probability modelling of climate extremes; mathematics to predict road traffic accidents; and modelling of pandemics. Our students then had a group project to complete based on the activities. Our students were really positive and welcomed the experience afforded to them.

Classes 1-3 took part in a History Competition. They were given the task of creating a model, painting or diorama based on the topics we have been studying this year. There were some amazing projects. The Lower School voted for their favourites and the winners for each year group will be announced after the Easter holidays.
