International Science Day will be celebrated on 10th November 2022. Our secondary school will acknowledge this event with a 3 – day demonstration workshop offered by the teachers of the Science Department from Monday 7th November.
The aim is to promote interest in science and technology as well as to engage students in learning new facts and inventions with zeal. Through the sessions, they will explore their creative talent and be forced to think outside the box. In addition, it will help them to develop their communication skills as well as to enhance their critical thinking. Last but not least, the science exhibition, on 10th November, will develop a scientific spirit and curiosity in our students. At the end of each workshop, students from classes 1, 2 and 3 will be given the opportunity to create drawings depicting global environmental issues on air, water and plastic pollution, food wastage, species extinction, energy/fossil fuel greenhouse gases and waste in landfill sites etc.
