We warmly invite parents and guardians to join us on Monday, 26th October at 7:00 p.m. in the school theatre for an important seminar presented by Dr. Marios Argyrides.
**“Media, Body Image, and Psychological Well-being: Gendered Pressures in the Digital Age.”**
The evening will explore how social media and the digital world can influence young people’s body image, self-esteem and psychological well-being, including the different pressures experienced by boys and girls.
Dr. Argyrides will also discuss the importance of media literacy and how we can help young people develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with both their bodies and the online world.
