Our students from Classes 2 and 3 are engaged in five sessions for the Newcastle University Pan-Cypriot Maths Challenge with ambassadors from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics from Newcastle University. They are applying high school mathematics to real-world problems, such as probability modelling of climate extremes, mathematics to predict road traffic accidents and modelling of pandemics. Much appreciation to Dr. Lee, Ms. Kristina and Ms. Niamh who flew in from Newcastle for this amazing experience.

Our school is very proud to announce that Bianca Ioannou has been offered a full scholarship at Cisco College in Texas. Bianca just signed her contract with the aforementioned 1st Division Basketball Junior College (NJCAA) for her Associate of Arts Degree.

»When things get tough, come back tougher. That is what gets me going to work hard and reach my goals. It takes a lot of discipline to balance academic studies with basketball, but when you have a dream and you set your mind on achieving something, nothing can stop you. The sky is not the limit, your mind is!» (Bianca Ioannou)
