Our school participated in the International Stockholm Junior Water Prize Competition, organised annually by the Water Museum of the Limassol Water Supply. Students designed, as well as presented, models that could potentially solve the worldwide problem regarding polluted and waste water. The Water Supply Council thereafter, invited them to present their ideas and suggested model designs to the critics. Congratulations to our student, Anastasia Krasnikova (Class 5), for her excellent preparation and presentation of ‘Water Plant Treatment’, for which she received positive reviews from the critics. We hereby acknowledge and appreciate her remarkable effort and as a school we support and encourage her to continue developing her creativity and biochemical engineering skills so as to develop her model and fulfil her vision for a better future!

Year 4 primary participated in a workshop called “Seabed” organized by the Limassol Tourism Board. They learned about the importance of the seabed’s protection and how responsible we are for the safety of sealife. Thank you Ms. Fiorentina Poulli for the interesting presentation.
The children also helped pick up litter along Dasoudi beach. They sorted it into two types of recycling bags and they made sure they left it spotless clean. They were like little eco warriors.
Thank you very much Limassol Tourism Board, the teachers and children really enjoyed the day and were very passionate about keeping the beach clean.
