Surprise visit from the ice cream van to treat our primary summer school children.
Our students had an enjoyable day yesterday in Newcastle. They had seminars with the lecturers of mathematics, statistics and science. Then they had the chance to talk to student ambassadors and they accepted a challenge to work on a summer project on mathematics and physics! Finally, they walked around the city and passed through China town ending up at a Mexican restaurant for dinner
