Health Day is an important event at our school. The children had the chance to do a lot of sport activities. They had volleyball practice with professional players and coaches from AEL volleyball team. Basketball practice with professional players from Anorthosis and professional basketball players on a wheelchair from Apollon team. They also did yoga with Ms Svetlana, dancing ,obstacles and played survivor games.

Health day is an opportunity for the students to learn all about following a healthy diet and exercising daily. All students had a healthy breakfast, fruit salad, they prepared a healthy snack in class and they also made fruit decorations and crafts.

Celebrating World Animal Day at our Primary school. We would like to thank Mrs Tracy Vlamis, a dog trainer, who talked about what pets need to be happy and the Vet Mrs Kornilia Panteli for coming to our school and explaining how we should take care of an animal. The children had the chance to learn a lot of things about animals and prepare posters.
