Hope For Children

The “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center is an International Humanitarian and Independent Institution based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The institution is established on standards and principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and European Union Law. The students of Classes 1 and 2 had the opportunity to attend an open talk with Ms Ioanna Drousiotou, a clinical psychologist from the organisation, and had the chance to learn about their basic rights, their importance, as well as how vital it is to help other children in need. Our students had an open discussion about subjects that concern them as students and as teenagers. Bullying and harassment were also discussed with students leaving the discussion with an open mind and food for thought.
