Olympics for Secondary Schools (BOSS) Competition. Our school is very proud to announce that our students achieved one of the highest places globally! Denis Vshikov, Karim Thalji and Vahagn Hovhannesyan, under the supervision of the Head of Business Department, Mr. Andreas Panagiotou, competed with 94 teams from all over the world by running a virtual Travel Agency.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

On 8th November, BOSS began with 95 teams from 46 countries competing against each other for the titles of the best managers. American Academy, Limassol is really proud that we could help our students to develop their business acumen and test their theoretical knowledge in practice. Much appreciation to Revas Business Simulation Games for enabling the participants to manage their own virtual travel agencies for 7 virtual months. During this time, they participated in 7 rounds, making realistic business decisions and testing various strategies for introducing services to the market. Virtual managers competed in 11 virtual markets adjusted to the time zones of their schools. The competition in every market was fierce, and the level of some decisions surprised even the organizers of the competition. Congratulations to our students and to their teacher.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
